Ms. Hu is an intellectual property attorney with deep IP litigation and prosecution experience. She also advises clients on transactional matters such as financing and M&A, leveraging her experience in complex patent litigation. Her practice spans a wide technology range including computer electronics, network communications, multimedia streaming, gaming, cloud computing and machine learning.

For nearly 10 years, Ms. Hu has represented established and emerging companies in the procurement, transaction and enforcement of IP rights.  She was previously with several large global law firms, including Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP and Paul Hastings. Before her legal career Ms. Hu has had significant industry experience in research, technology management and product development in consumer electronics and broadband communication ASIC design.  She was one of the pioneering HDTV set box design team before 2000 and has stayed up to date on the new fronts of technology such as blockchain and machine learning among other fields.  Ms Hu holds a J.D. from University of Washington School of Law, a Master degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China.

 Ms. Hu is licensed to practice law in California and is a member of the U.S. Patent Bar.
